Yes. adb-mcp (community, MIT) drives Premiere through a UXP plugin; Jumper and Eddie also list Premiere-related MCP access. None is made by Adobe.
›Is there one for DaVinci Resolve?
davinci-resolve-mcp (MIT) uses Resolve Studio's official scripting API.
›Hosted or local?
Both exist: Shotstack, Kapwing and Eddie host remote MCP endpoints; FFmpeg MCP, Kinocut and the Resolve server run locally. Use the Hosting filter.
